MODERN RICE MILL VECHOOR
As part of diversification, the company has set up a Modern Rice Mill in the year 2011 at Vechoor near Vaikom. The Mill has a capacity to process 12000MT paddy per annum. To achieve full capacity uttilisation and production, company had set up a storage Silo with a capacity of 5000MT. The paddy procured from the farmers are directly stored into the Silo after cleaning and reducing the moisture of the paddy to 12% to 13%. This stored paddy is taken for processing.

കമ്പനിയുടെ വൈവിധ്യവത്കരണത്തിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി വൈക്കത്തിനു സമീപ൦ വെച്ചൂരിൽ പ്രതിവര്‍ഷം 12000 മെ.ടൺ സ൦സ്കരണ ശേഷിയുള്ള ഒരു ആധുനിക റൈസ് മിൽ 2011ൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. സ്ഥാപിതശേഷി പൂര്‍ണമായും വിനിയോഗിക്കുന്നതിന്, സ൦ഭരണ൦ കൂടുതല്‍ കാര്യക്ഷമവു൦ ശാസ്ത്രീയവും ആക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി 5000മെ.ടൺ സ൦ഭരണശേഷിയുള്ള സൈലോ സ൦വിധാന൦ സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയു൦ ചെയ്തു.
കര്‍ഷകരിൽ നിന്നും സംഭരിക്കുന്ന നെല്ല് മെഷീനിൽ വൃത്തിയാക്കി ഈര്‍പ്പം 12%-13% ത്തിലേക്ക്ആക്കി നേരിട്ട് സൈലോയിലേക്ക് നിറക്കുന്നു. ഈ നെല്ലാണ് സംസ്കരണത്തിനായി ആവശ്യാനുസരണം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്.
ഉയര്‍ന്ന ഗുണ നിലവാരമുള്ള അരി ആണ് ഇവിടെ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്.
